Ben is a Director of Kingstons Project Management Ltd and he is based in Auckland. Ben is an experienced Project and Development Manager with 20 years industry knowledge acquired from working in Australia, the USA, UK and Ireland with 6 years in NZ working at Greenstone Group, where he was responsible for coordinating and implementing complex property development projects, from inception through to completion.

Ben is accomplished at both Project Management and Development Management roles which have spanned a variety of sectors including Retail, Leisure, Commercial, Local Authority and Residential. His skill base has been derived from working for Contractors, Consultants and Client bodies.

Ben’s career stemmed from on-site management and this, along with his experience as a Carpenter and Site Manager, has equipped him with a sound ‘hands on’ approach and an excellent commercial acumen in his role as Project Manager.

Ben’s abilities have enabled him to consistently deliver complex, high quality projects on time and within budget.

Carl started his career in Civil Engineering, working in the industrial and agricultural sectors and spent over 12 years working in the Civil field designing and constructing water reservoirs, canals, pipelines and irrigation schemes for both government and the farming community in South Africa.

Before joining Kingstons, Carl completed his MBA in 2007 and spent most of his career in the NZ construction industry on a range of infrastructure, commercial, residential and retail projects. He offers signiﬁcant leadership and experience which was developed over 30 years of project delivery in both the manufacturing and construction fields here in NZ and abroad in SA. Having experienced both sides of the fence, Carl offers significant insight and understanding into successful project delivery, bringing personal integrity, honesty and a strong hands-on approach to all his projects.

Making NZ his home is one of the highlights of Carls life and he loves the outdoors, rugby and when given the chance, to go fishing on NZ’s beautiful coastline and around the islands.
