The Kingstons team work closely in partnership with New Zealand’s largest retail organisation, the Foodstuffs cooperative, in the development of supermarkets. Foodstuffs’ brands include Four Square, New World and Pak ‘n Save.
All projects are unique in their own way, requiring a high level of technical and commercial understanding. Often fast tracked and in the case of refurbishment projects, the requirement for trading to continue during construction is an important factor when considering the logistical requirements of the project - and the Kingstons team has developed special expertise in this area.
Success of these projects is due to a collaborative approach between the client, design team and the building contractor, all of whom have developed a wealth of experience and knowledge on these types of projects over many years.
